Plans are underway for the upcoming reunion. This is the BIG 5-0 event - so hopefully everyone will make the effort to attend! MANY more details will be forthcoming, but for now - mark the dates on your 2019 calendars! Questions should be sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Friday evening - July 26, 2019 - class gathering at the home of Karen Hansen Dade on Bradley Rd. in Bay.
Saturday evening - July 27, 2019 - Fuller House* located by the old Huntington Playhouse (see info below on the Fuller House)
Sunday brunch - July 28, 2019 - class gathering at the home of Linda Glaesel Kazen on Bradley Rd in Westlake.
* There is no specific website for the Fuller House - but it’s coordinated by Bay Arts and that organization has pictures of events (mainly weddings) held at the Fuller House - so you can get an idea of what it looks like by going here: http://www.bayarts.net/rent/images.html
If you are willing to help with the planning of the reunion - please let us know! There are many ways to help:
Local assistance - if you live around the Bay area - then help can be offered with the event itself. Decorations, preparing name tags, determining food needs, etc. etc. This committee so far is made up of Karen Hansen Dade, Linda Glaesel Kazen, Janalee Brennan James, Mike Manos, Barry Tutin, Nancy Lawther Allen, Marcia Danielson Lowe, Nancy Burbach Flowers, and Sue Stewart Popadak.
Entertainment - if you have any ideas for special events to take place at the reunion (it could be on any of the 3 days) then please get in touch with us to work on that. So far Ray Schilens is helping here.
Communications - if you are good with the computer and/or social media and can help us look for lost classmates - then please let us know. We will start this job sometime in early January 2018. So far Sandi Blankner Gorman, Ellen Clark Leonard, Steve Gitcheff James, Susan Kettle Dienes, Donna Knight Little and Carla Hirschfeld Mattmiller are working on this.
